No, we operate out of a ghost kitchen in Southland Bagel. If you are interested in

3. Do you have menus with pricing?

Contract Information
Payment Information
In order to book your date a 50% NON - REFUNDABLE deposit is required. The total amount of your invoice is due 14 days prior to your event. Your deposit holds your date, and the total invoice payment completes the order, if the remaining half is not paid 14 days prior to your event, we will not make your items.
Changes & Cancelations
Changes to your items size, types, flavors, fillings, ect. will be accepted until 30 days prior to the event date. After that date we cannot accept any changes. Changes may affect the price of items. Sequel will reach out a week prior to this date, when possible, to see if there are any adjustments that need to be made.
If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the event date and final payment has already been received, then the final payment will be refunded. Cancellation within 30 days of the event date will result in an incurred fee of 25% of final payment if final payment has not yet been made. In either case you will not receive your deposit back.
Pick - Up, Delivery, Item Rental & Set Up
Sequel delivers to locations within 90 miles of our commercial kitchen in Lexington KY. Within the limits of Fayette County our delivery fee is $50. Any deliveries outside of Fayette County will be $1.50 per mile.
If display ware is rented from Sequel all items must be returned wiped/sprayed off within a 48 hour window from the end of the event unless otherwise discussed and approved by Sequel management. We will work with you to help pick which items fit your event the best. The rental cost will be based on which items are included in your selection.
If you are picking up your own order, or designating someone to pick up your order, they should make sure that they have a clean flat surface to set the items on while driving. Vans, SUVs, or any vehicle where the back seats fold down, are the best option for transportation because the air conditioning can make it to the items. If they are using a car then the floor is generally safer than the seat. Once the signer leaves with the items they are no longer the responsibility of Sequel. A release form will be presented for signature at time of pick up.
